Do I need to supply artwork ?

If you have exisitng artwork that we can use this will save time and you will be able to 

repeat a design you are familiar with. If artwork is not available we can work from 

previous examples. If the item is an original idea, you can conceptualize with our 

artists to enable a final drawing to be made.

Is there a charge for this service ?

Depending on the originality of the artwork and therefore the time allocated to the 

final drawing, a charge will be levied. This is usually credited to your account on 

placement of an order.

Can I see a sample ?

Random samples similar to your request are available for you to view our workmanship. 

Viewing samples of your specific design incurs a mold charge and a processing fee.

How long before I receive my order ?

Normally 3-4 weeks after artwork approval. Some production methods do allow for faster

delivery. Please check with our sales department.

What are your payment terms ?

Our normal terms are payment when orders are ready for delivery. Where Gold 

or Silver is requested we usually require a 50% deposit. For customers with 

approved credit we allow 30 days nett from statement date. Please consult with 

our sales staff when placing an order.
